Return Window We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:
- Opened or used skincare, soap, shampoo, or personal care products
- Items marked as final sale
- Gift cards
How to Initiate a Return To start a return, email us at [your email] with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 2 business days with next steps.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrived damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll make it right — replacement or full refund.
Exchanges We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the original item and place a new order.
